Executive Coaching

A Three Stage Coaching Journey

Stage 1: Discovery

Before we focus on change, we focus on relationships.

Stage 3: Practice and Integration

Sustainable change takes hold, not through theory, but through lived leadership moments.

Much of the work of coaching happens outside of our sessions, when clients experiment with new behaviors and bring back insights for integration.

We work in real time on:

  • Navigating difficult conversations

  • Leading through tension or ambiguity

  • Shifting behaviors in high-stakes settings

  • Expanding leadership range while remaining authentic

Great leaders aren't born, they're made. With the right tools, tactics, and behaviors, anyone can become a more inspirational and confident leader.

Every engagement begins with understanding each client, not just their role.  We take time to deeply understand:

  • Motivations, aspirations, and drivers

  • The values that anchor their leadership

  • What matters most at this stage of their career

Stage 2: Deepening Insight

With trust established, we begin a deeper exploration of leadership patterns and impact.

This phase integrates stakeholder perspectives with our clients’ own reflections and assessments to uncover:

  •  The strengths others consistently experience

  • The risks or blind spots that may surface under pressure

  • The relational dynamics that shape trust, influence, and credibility

We then define coaching goals which guide our collective work, ensuring our partnership remains purposeful, measurable, and grounded in real leadership actions and impact.

Senior Team Alignment

Great leadership teams don’t avoid difficult conversations. They learn how to have them well.

Typical Engagements

Organizations typically engage us when:

  • A new CEO or senior leader wants to establish a strong leadership team

  • A team must operate differently to support growth, transformation, or strategy

  • A leadership team is avoiding key issues or challenges to keep the peace

  • The team needs to move from functional advocacy to enterprise alignment

  • Leaders want to build a culture of trust, candor, and accountability

  • Team dysfunction and toxicity are derailing results

Great teams create the conditions where people do their best work.

We help teams build the trust, alignment, and accountability required to collectively lead the organization, Our work is grounded in the research behind our published book, “The Loyalist Team,” and decades of experience working with executive teams at consequential moments.

Our Approach

We combine diagnostic insight, candid conversation, and practical operating norms to help teams shift how they work together.

This includes:

  • Leadership interviews and team diagnostics to uncover dynamics, strengths, and barriers to performance

  • Facilitated leadership sessions to drive real, important, and productive conversations

  • Establishing clear team operating norms and actions to build clarity and accountability

  • Individual feedback to support each team member’s personal insights and growth

  • Targeted coaching for the team leader to model and guide new behaviors

  • Follow up over time to help the team embed new habits and ways of working

Alignment isn’t agreement. It’s clarity about what matters, understanding trade-offs, and a shared commitment to act.

Incredible teams are greater than the sum of their parts. Even with the smartest people, you need hard work, collaboration, and candor to achieve extraordinary results.

Our Craft: Why We Stand Out

Leadership Development

Create alignment between the strategy and the leaders who deliver it.

Many leadership programs focus on delivering content. Ours focus is on developing leaders. The result is not simply a learning experience. It is a meaningful shift in how leaders think about themselves, lead others, and contribute to the success of the organization.

The Power of Our Programs

  • We design and facilitate high-touch development experiences for the level just below the C-suite, the leaders who are critical to leading at scale, executing strategy, and stepping into larger roles.

  • Our programs bring together high-potential leaders to work on the real leadership challenges they face, deepening their self-awareness, strengthening their ability to influence and lead others, and building stronger relationships across the organization.

  • Through executive involvement, strategic project work, and shared dialogue about priorities and expectations, participants learn how the organization needs them to lead. This ensures that leaders across levels are working toward the same goals with a shared view of what effective leadership looks like.

The best companies harness their organization's full potential by building a culture that attracts, develops, and retains amazing talent that lasts for years.

The program not only changed how I lead, it changed how I live.
