Our Process
Our six-month or one-year coaching engagements focus on building the most critical skills and behaviors executives need to create lasting value for the organization. Many executives struggle with achieving results because they rely on a long-used set of skills that is no longer sufficient to meet the size and scope of their current challenge. And yet, often, when leaders begin to struggle, they become more entrenched in their old mindsets, beliefs or actions instead of letting go of failing strategies. We position leaders to accurately diagnose their current strengths and gaps and broaden their approach to positively impact not only their own effectiveness, but the results of those they interact with, and ultimately, the organization as a whole.
We begin the coaching process by gathering 360-degree feedback from a wide range of the executive’s key stakeholders, including manager, direct reports, peers, internal and external customers, board members, and others, as appropriate. We then engage in a structured and intensive two-day kick-off session to drive self-awareness and commitment towards a focused set of coaching goals. Through both scheduled and as-needed follow up for the remainder of the contract, executives are held accountable for practicing a new, broadened set of behaviors that will drive personal, team and corporate performance.
